5/4 ISPIM Workshop: Competency framework for innovation management
The work to develop an internationally agreed competency framework for innovation leaders and innovation management professionals will start in 2023. As a member of Innovationsledarna, you are invited to contribute to this first workshop. The purpose is to discuss possible target groups, framework benefits, essential skills and competency levels, and to identify existing frameworks that can be used as inspiration.

The workshop is hosted by ISPIM and the Special Interest Groups on Body of Knowledge and Innovation Leadership. The results will be further developed at the ISPIM Conference in June 2023.
