About Us

Innovationsledarna, the Association for Innovation Management Professionals in Sweden, is a not-for-profit association promoting common issues for professionals leading and organizing innovation efforts in all kinds of organizations in Sweden.

The purpose of the association is to:

1. Develop the professional role of innovation management.

2. Establish the innovation management discipline in organizations.

3. Promote members’ development.

Innovationsledarna has about 250 members from organizations in Sweden. Members come from private, public, and non-profit organizations of different sizes and from different sectors. They are practitioners, academics, consultants, and other intermediaries.
