How to boost your innovation initiative when odds are against you

So you have high innovation ambition, but your company strategy, culture and maybe even the level of digitization maturity are not really in line with it. You have some mandate, but you must borrow employees from other departments to complete your work. And you can do it only for 15-20% of their time when they are not too busy. You are expected to be fun and creative, think outside the box, AND generate 1 million EUR next year. Does this sound familiar?

We invited a brilliant panel, Ivana von Proschwitz, Elisabet Spross and potentially one more speaker (to be confirmed), to discuss how we can give our innovation initiatives better traction when the organization's innovation maturity is not on our side.
